Description:

There are separate online lab safety videos and quizzes for postdoctoral staff and undergraduates working in research labs. In contrast, the live lab safety class is much more in-depth and includes hands-on fire extinguisher training. Graduate students are expected to take the live class and not the online training. Individual faculty, or other lab supervisors, may require that their particular students take the more intensive live class.
